Class descriptions

Dance-acise - a fun, low impact dance style aerobics class with the emphasis on FUN!!  (including Salsacise, Disco, Street Dance and Burlesque Chair Dance). So why not bring a friend and wiggle and giggle together. All levels welcome.

 

Fitness Pilates - a non impact, no choreography exercise class. It enhances posture, strength, balance, core and back strength. All levels welcome.

 

Pump it up! - a total body conditioning and strengthening class using barbells and tubes. If you want to re-shape your body and speed up your metabolism - then DO NOT miss this class. All levels welcome.

  

Running for Softies - this outdoor jogging class is perfect for those of you who wish you could run but can't. (not yet anyway!!) This class is best suited to beginners.
