What is bootcamp?
Inch-loss Bootcamp is an awesome workout, we are NOT a military style bootcamp, it is not about being better than the person beside you.
YOU WILL INSPIRE AND BE INSPIRED BY OTHERS!!
Inch-loss Bootcamp is an indoor fitness training programme combining CV training and resistance training, such as jogging, sit ups, press ups and squats.
How long does each camp last?
Each camp lasts 1 hour.
What do I need to bring?
Water bottle, towel, fleece/training top, running/training shoes, light waterproof top and back pack.
Also ENTHUSIASUM and ENERGY.
What can I expect to happen?
Your body will become stronger, fitter and leaner.
Your confidence and self-esteem will grow.
What exercises might be included in the programme?
Running/walking, circuit training, boxing, core conditioning, press ups and squats.
What happens if it rains?
We exercise whatever the weather, come rain or shine. However, if the weather was deemed to be to dangerous, then a session would be cancelled and you would be informed ASAP. Any time that will be missed will be added to the next sessions.
New sessions begin Monday 3rd November.
All our winter bootcamps are indoors.
