                                      PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

                                      Individual

                                      Individual personal training is a package where regular hour long sessions are expertly designed to suit your goals and individual needs. The sessions can take place at home, in the gym or any park or public space. Each session will last one hour with a full warm up and cool down included in the session.

                                      Individual Hour £35

                                      Block of 5 one-hour sessions £140
                                      (normally £160)  VIEW OFFER


                                      Block of 10 one-hour sessions £220
                                      (normally £300)   VIEW OFFER 

                                      Short and Sharp

                                       Personal training in a shorter, half hour sessions. Perfect if you are pushed for time but still want to strive for your fitness/health goals. These sessions can take place at home, in a gym or park or any public space. All sessions are unique and individually designed for your goals.

                                      Individual half hour £20

                                      Block of 5 half hour sessions £90

                                      Group Grilling

                                      Group Grilling is a great way to lower the cost of your personal training by sharing the session with friends or family. Group sessions last 1 hour including a full warm up and cool down and are designed around a group goal eg. weightloss.

                                      2 people - £15/hour per person
                                      3-5 people - £10/hour
                                      per person
